Moen Sheehan Meyer Donates $1,000 to Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin

Moen Sheehan Meyer has donated $1,000 to Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin, following the recently completed “MSM Gives Back” contest. Community members had the opportunity to vote for one of six nonprofit organizations to be the recipient of the donation. The contest was a way for the firm to give back to the community and help support a nonprofit organization that tirelessly works to serve others.

Attorney Sarah Korte presents the firm’s donation to Kevin Schaler, the Executive Director of Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin.

Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin offers a long-term, faith-based recovery program for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Their adult women’s program opened in La Crosse, WI in November 2019. The center can house up to 14 women.

Says Kevin Schaler, Executive Director, Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin, “We’re grateful for the support from Moen Sheehan Meyer in furthering our mission to assist people in gaining freedom from chemical addictions. Donations from the community help us address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each individual in our program. It truly transforms lives.”

Sarah Korte, Attorney at Moen Sheehan Meyer and board member with Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin, adds, “the attorneys and staff at Moen Sheehan Meyer are firmly rooted in our community. We have a deep history of giving back through volunteerism and financial support for nonprofit organizations. We’re exceptionally proud of the work each of the six nonprofits we selected are doing in the community, and we’re pleased to be able to support this year’s contest winner with a $1,000 donation. We know it will be put to good use.”

If you would like to support Adult & Teen Challenge of Western Wisconsin, consider attending their upcoming 3rd Annual “Drive the Road to Recovery” event, where you are invited to enjoy a delicious meal, an inspiring program featuring current ATCWW clients, and a heartwarming film from the comfort of a vintage car or stadium seating. The event will be held October 14th and October 21st.
